Rewards are based on a video's eligible views up to the end of its 30-day earning window. Program limits can apply.

Questions

How are rewards worked out?

Every 100 eligible views earns 20 R$. Views are counted across the whole video, so its total keeps growing while it earns. The estimate you see when you check a video uses today's view count — nothing is earned until the entry is approved.

What are eligible views?

Your video's YouTube view count, minus any views gained while the entry was paused or while the video was private or unavailable.

How long does an entry earn?

30 days from the day it's first approved. The end date is shown on the entry. Pausing an entry or asking for changes doesn't extend its window.

When are Robux added to my balance?

After approval, Robux are added to your CashBlox balance automatically as your views are counted. Timing can vary, and program limits can apply. If payouts are paused, views on approved entries are still counted and their Robux are added once payouts resume.

Why wasn't my referral link found?

We look for your link written exactly like this: https://cashblox.gg/r/YOURCODE

Check that it starts with https://, has no www., has nothing added after your code (such as ?utm=), is the only CashBlox referral link in the description, and that the description is saved and the video is public.

Can I enter more than one video?

One entry can be in progress at a time — Pending review, Active, Paused or Changes requested. Once it's no longer in progress you can submit another video. Each video can only be entered once, even if it was rejected or has expired.

What do the statuses mean?

Pending reviewWaiting for our team to review your video.
ActiveApproved. It earns from eligible views until its earning window ends.
PausedEarning is paused. Fix the issue, then send it back for review.
Changes requestedOur team asked for changes. Make them, then send it back for review.
ExpiredIts 30-day earning window has ended.
RejectedThis video wasn't approved for the Creator Program.
DisqualifiedThis entry was disqualified and no longer earns.
On holdAn entry from the earlier video competition, on hold while its records are checked. It doesn't earn while on hold.

My entry was paused, rejected or needs changes. What now?

Open the entry in Your entries to read the note from our team. Paused and Changes requested entries can be fixed and sent back for review from there. Rejected, disqualified and expired entries can't be sent back.
