Any of the following would warrant an account ban:

- Using multiple accounts or more than one account per household.

- Receiving offer chargebacks.

- Completing offers on another user's account.

- Using any type of VPN, VPS or Emulator software.

- Using fake SMS numbers, Google Voice or VOIP when verifying your phone number.

- Completing many offers in a short space of time.

- Completing suspicious offers which have a high rate of chargeback.

We use Robux as our website currency, they don't represent any real life value, and can only be used on the website to redeem rewards in Cashout page.

You may receive a refund if there was an error with the website,Any other error, such as an error with PayPal, or mistakes inputting withdrawal addresses are outside of our control, and are not eligible for refund from us. You would need to contact the provider directly to receive a refund.
